To develop existing accounts, you need a rigorous and effective process, an understanding of individual decision maker roles, and an ability to develop client needs beyond initial brief. 

Upfront is hosting its second seminar, on the techniques of Client Development, focusing on how to develop existing accounts. This will be held at our offices in Clerkenwell on Thursday 23rd April 2009.

This seminar, presented by Chris Gallagher (a previous Tack International executive coach and successful manager of industry New Business and Client Development teams), will discuss some of the techniques that helped him develop a business from £2 million to £25 million in just over three years.  Gallagher trains, mentors and coaches across all communication and business development disciplines and will be available for any questions - general or specific to your business.

You will also find out about the content of the Upfront Client Development training program.  In brief, this training program will help your agency team understand the most effective way of targeting your existing client base for significant, long-term business wins.
